Return/Exchanges & Cancellations
Return Policy
We accept authorized returns within Ten (10) business days from the date on the receipt of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations) unless otherwise specified.
All authorized returns must include all items or components that were in the original package, and all components must be unused and in their original condition. Returned items must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to user error or incorrect installation.
Parts Pro Cart will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, or any additional repair expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. We do not cover shipping amounts or labor.
In the event of a warranty claim, a Diagnostic Report is required from an ASE Certified Automotive facility. We are not responsible for improper installation and/or labor charges.
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, kindly repackage the item(s) in the original container and get back to us as soon as possible. We recommend that as soon as you receive your order, inspect all shipping packages and items thoroughly for any signs of damage, missing, or incorrect parts.
Please reach out to us through call or Live Chat with our customer service team so we can assist you through the process of return for replacement or refund. All warranty provided by Parts Pro Cart for any damaged or incorrect parts will be void after 10 business days, regardless of which party is at fault.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. Warranty is void if the engine is returned with heat tabs missing or melted out, or disassembled without express written authorization.

To obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations) receipt number, please contact us through call or chat with our customer service team via Live Chat or Email.

- A complete detail or explanation about why the part is being returned
RMA Number
As soon as we receive your order details, we will send you the RMA number(s) along with return shipping instructions via email. An RMA number is required to track and process the return. Our customer care agents may contact you if any additional information is required.

Refund Processing
Refunds are generally processed and credited within 24-72 business hours from the time our warehouse receives your package(s). Once the returned part(s) has been inspected and checked by our mechanics, the refund will be initiated through the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
You'll receive an email to confirm that the refund has been initiated. Returns may be subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. If the payment method was debit or credit card, it may take up to seven business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation may be hindered if your order has been confirmed, packed, and shipped. We will do our best to process the cancellation of your order, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the order. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
You may cancel the order any time before receiving our confirmation either through email or call. Once your order has been confirmed, orders will be processed within 24 hours. Therefore, we will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of email or call confirmation.
Order cancellation will be subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. However, you can give us a call or have a live chat with our customer care team. We will try our best to accommodate your request for any valid reason.
Replacement Policy
Replacements will be shipped only upon the return of the initial product we shipped to you. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and returned to us in its original condition.
If we replace your merchandise with another item, the replacement is considered to be a repair of the original unit. Consequently, your original date of installation and mileage will remain in effect.
Parts Pro Cart reserves all rights and ownership to the Returns & Exchanges Policy for its Products. All policies are reserved by Parts Pro Cart to be changed at any time without notice and changes will be published on this page.
